Whether your style is traditional, contemporary or somewhere in between, your kitchen will be designed around your space and the way you want to live.

Most of the cabinetry is made to order, which means I'm not restricted by standard unit sizes. Heights, widths and depths can be adjusted to make better use of your space, with 28 painted colours and a bespoke colour-matching service available.

The flexibility to make the design work

Because the kitchen is made to order, I'm not restricted by standard unit sizes. This gives me the flexibility to use bespoke dimensions and details where they make the design work better, with your kitchen manufactured by my trusted supplier to an exceptional standard.

You'll receive clear drawings, a fully itemised quotation and a virtual reality walkthrough so you can see and experience your new kitchen before anything is ordered.

Once approved, I handle the ordering, production and delivery, giving you one point of contact from design through to delivery.

Once you're happy with the design, I'll provide a fully itemised quotation and design pack. Once approved, your kitchen can then be ordered and put into production.

Consultation and Survey

This is where we start with an initial chat, so I can learn more about your project, what you’re hoping to achieve and how you want your new kitchen to work.


If you're in the Cotswolds or surrounding area, I can visit your home and take the measurements I need for the design. If you're further afield, I'll explain exactly what measurements I need from you.


Afterwards, I’ll send you a short questionaire  to help me understand your style, priorities and everything you’d like included.

Design

After our consultation, I’ll start developing your kitchen design based on everything we’ve discussed and your completed survey form.


I’ll then send you a Virtual Reality walkthrough so you can explore the design in your own time and get a real feel for how the space will work.



We can then make any revisions needed until you’re happy with the final design.

Showroom visit

Once your initial design is ready, I’ll invite you to visit my manufacturer’s showroom in Bristol.


You can see and feel the quality of the cabinetry, finishes and fittings, and look at door styles, worktops, storage options and hardware.



It’s also an opportunity to fine-tune the design, make material choices and explore any bespoke details that could make your kitchen work even better.

Order and production

Once the design is finalised, I’ll prepare your paperwork and fully itemised quotation.


If you’re happy to proceed, a 75% deposit is payable and your kitchen will be put into production. I’ll confirm the estimated delivery date based on the manufacturer’s current lead time, typically 4–6 weeks.



Around a week before delivery, I’ll confirm the date and arrange payment of the remaining balance.

If needed, storage can usually be arranged if your project is running behind schedule.

Delivery

Your kitchen will be delivered on the agreed date, and I’ll confirm an approximate time once the factory has scheduled its deliveries.


Delivery is normally by a one-person team, so please ensure someone is available to help unload.


Once delivered, you’ll have 48 hours to check your order and let me know if anything is missing or damaged.



I’ll also be available throughout the installation if your fitter has any questions or needs clarification.
